For Certified Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff
Evaluation of Professional Staff Members
The Board believes the procedures by which professional employees
are supervised and evaluated must provide the employee and the supervisor
opportunity to identify both strengths and weaknesses and to work
cooperatively toward satisfactory work performance. Each licensed
professional staff member shall devise a professional development
plan for the coming year which shall be a part of the evaluation process.
The Superintendent shall develop and implement a systematic plan for
the evaluation of all licensed professional employees. The plan shall
be consistent with all state statutory and regulatory requirements.
(CMS Board Policy GCO) The Cooperative Professional Development Plan
shall serve as the plan for evaluation.
