The Board believes the procedures by which Principals are supervised and evaluated must provide them the opportunity to identify both strengths and weaknesses and to work cooperatively toward satisfactory work performance. The Superintendent shall develop and implement a systematic plan for the evaluation of all principals. The plan shall be consistent with all state statutory and regulatory requirements. The Principal Evaluation Plan shall serve as the plan for evaluation.
