Open Positions for Certified Employees

Transfer Procedure
  1. Complete Lateral Transfer form.
  2. Conference with Current Administrator(s) to obtain signature.
  3. Submit form to Human Resources Department.
  4. View site specific positions on the Human Resources page on the CMS Employee Portal.
  5. APPLY for position(s) on FastTrack.
  6. Communicate with Receiving Administrator(s) to express interest in open position(s).
  7. Upon selection, Employee will be notified and transfer will be processed.
Note: A teacher will be eligible to submit a transfer application after having been employed at the same work location for a minimum of two years. A teacher on a Professional Growth Plan (PGP) is not eligible for transfer. Recommendations for lateral transfers will NOT be approved after June 10, except to meet District needs.
