School Counselors are available to assist with problems that student’s face that can affect their success in the classroom. Parents can also have concerns that the school Counselor may be able to assist with. These concerns can include but are not limited to:

My parents are getting a divorce. I don't know what is going to happen.
I'm new here and I'm having trouble making new friends.
My parents and I just don't get along.
My child is hardly making passing grades in his class.
My child has nightmares and has trouble sleeping at night.
My child hasn't been himself lately.

Family Health Problems
New school registration & orientation
Discussing special needs of your child
Early discussion & identification of potential student crisis
Family difficulties and concerns
Seeking information regarding community agency resources.

Parents can contact the school counselor at the school or at the office phone number to set up a conference visit.
