School Uniform Dress Code

Students of The Arts Academy observe a voluntary uniform dress code Monday through Thursday. Uniforms are much more financially feasible for parents to purchase. Uniforms will consist of navy or khaki slacks or skirts, navy, burgundy, black, white, red, black, pink, or hunter green short sleeved polo shirts or short button down shirts and white socks. Shoe styles are up to parents. These articles may be purchased through the JC Penney store, Wal-Mart or other department stores. If you have additional questions regarding uniforms, please drop by the school and view our samples.

A student’s appearance, mode of dress, and/or cleanliness shall not disrupt the educational process, or constitute a threat to safety. The principal shall have the final say about the student’s appearance and may require that the student make changes to their appearance if they are to remain in school.” District guidelines will be used.
