Hello, my name is Tony Igo, principal at Cameo Elementary. Thank you so much for checking out our website. We hope this will give you valuable information. I am so excited to be the principal at Cameo. I have been a classroom teacher for 11 years in Plainview, TX, a principal in Friona, TX for 5 years, and a principal in Whiteface, TX for 14 years. My family and I moved to Clovis in June of 2006. For the last 2 years, I was the Assistant Principal here at Cameo and also at Marshall Middle School. My love for kids and passion to encourage teachers will hopefully be evident. Kids at Cameo certainly deserve to have quality instruction. I will do my best to see that your child receives that instruction in a safe, organized environment. Thank you in advance for encouraging your child to be the best student they can be, while allowing teachers the opportunity to give the best instruction possible.

Message from the Instructional Coach

Hi, my name is Julie Howell and I am the Instructional Coach at Cameo Elementary.  I have fourteen years experience teaching special education, third grade, fifth grade, and most recently fourth grade.  I am excited about the opportunities that I will have to enhance the learning of all our students at Cameo by helping teachers make their instruction the very best it can be.  I will be in and out of classrooms so I will have the privilege of seeing and working with our children each day supporting their learning as well.  This is going to be a fantastic year of learning as we all work together for the same goal.
