Choices Alt School graduation requirements remain the same as Clovis High School’s.
TWENTY-FOUR units of credit are required to successfully complete high school and earn a Clovis High School diploma. Credit is awarded on the basis of ONE CREDIT PER CLASS PERIOD FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR. For a one semester course, .5 credit will be issued. A student must have earned at least 15 credits and have successfully completed two years of English to be classified as a senior. Only students fulfilling ALL requirements have the option to march in the commencement ceremony. |

.5 Credit New Mexico History
The remaining
credits may be made up of elective courses in fine arts (i.e. music, band, chorus, and art); practical arts; modern languages; theater; vocational education; mathematics; science; English; aerospace science; social science; computer science; and other electives approved by the NM Department of Education. |
