Graduation May 22nd, 2010 @ 10:00 am

If you have not heard already CHS has some exciting news about Graduation:  Clovis High School Graduation ceremony has been moved form the CHS Main Gym to the Curry County Events Center.  This is good news for our graduates and their families since this will allow a much greater audience then in the past.  This year each graduate will receive a total of 12 guest tickets as compared to 5 tickets per graduate in the past.  Seating on the floor will be on a first come first served basis and you may not save seats for people arriving later.  All seats on the floor will be filled as guests arrive and you will be required to move to the end of the row.  For those who are unable to attend the ceremony you will be able to view graduation on line at the district web site.  Graduates you will be expected to dress appropriately i.e. no jeans, tennis shoes or shorts.

No Baccalaureate service will take place at the CHS campus.

High Schools That Work

Clovis High School has a new Mission Statement that we are using
to guide our practice at CHS.

“CHS – Preparing All Students For A Life Time Of Success!”
Our goal at CHS is the success of your student and we are working hard to try and make that happen for each and every student at our school.  You can get involve with our mission by contacting the guidance office at CHS to plan a meeting with your student’s counselor.  CHS is committed to meeting with every parent of every student to talk about that student’s future at CHS and beyond.  Don’t just let these high school years go by without getting involved.  Call your students counselor today and find out what we have planned for them.
