HIGHLAND NEWSLETTER
May 2017

Dear Highland Parents,

May is here and a lot of activities are going on at Highland.

Thank you for supporting us in PARCC testing! Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students did a great job!

Great news!! The planning process has started for building a new Highland Elementary. If all goes as planned we should be in a new building in about 2 years.

To help students prepare for next year, we will be sending home a backpack with each student that has grade level reading books and a grade level activity book on the last day of school.

K-3 Plus Summer School opportunities will be available at Parkview for students in Kinder – 2nd grade. Information was sent home with all K-2nd grade students. Space is limited; it is on a first come first serve basis so register early at Parkview.

Thank you so much for all you do to make Highland Elementary a success!

Principal
