90 Day Plans - Each school has created a 90 Day Plan with specific focus areas and action steps. Each 90 Day Plan must address changes in adult behavior to impact gaps in learning identified in their data analysis. A district representative serves on each school’s team, and each plan requires 30 and 60 day monitoring. CMS has two PPE certified mentors to support the development and monitoring of plans.
