"The mission of James Bickley Elementary, in partnership with parents and the total community, is to ensure each child attending our school has the skills and knowledge to successfully continue their academic and character development through a relevant, technology enriched curriculum taught by dedicated, qualified staff within a safe and secure environment."

I do hereby proclaim that as a James Bickley student, I will make a difference by following the six pillars of characters: respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, trustworthiness and good citizenship. By setting good examples and making choices count, I will help make this school and my community a better place to live.
