Student Check Out/In Sheet & Visitors Sign In

Clovis Municipal Schools’ policy requires that all students leaving before the end of their school day check out through the school secretary. If your child arrives after school has begun, you must also check in with the school secretary.

As part of our enrollment process, parents are asked to provide the names of people who are permitted to pick their child up from preschool. We will not release a child to anyone unless they are on the "Permission to Pick Up" form and identification is provided. Telephone requests from parents are not permitted; however parents may update the list with the teacher at any time.

Preschool has frequent visitors who are involved in the education of children 2 - 5 years of age. These visitors may be personnel from the school district or outside agencies. At no time during these visits will confidential information be released. Clovis Municipal Schools requires all school visitors to sign in and out with the school secretary, and to wear a visitor's pass at all times while in the building.
