EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE: It is necessary for the school to keep information on hand so that parents or other responsible adults can be contacted in case of a medical emergency. Also, if parents are out of town or if they cannot be located, the school needs some specific directions in order to deal with the emergency. To help us do this, each student needs to have an Emergency Medical and Dental Form on file at school. You filled out an Emergency Medical and Dental Form at resgistration. Please keep this updated by informing the secretary and teacher of any changes.

FAMILY RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT: In compliance with new provisions of the Family Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, with this notice, Clovis High School will release records of transferring students to their new school without written permission of student or parent.
Demographic information (i.e. name, address, phone number, classification, sex) will be released to agencies and institutions only with the permission of the Principal.
No other information will be released without permission from the parent/guardian (or student if he/she has reached his/her eighteenth birthday).

PUBLIC NOTICE: The Clovis Municipal School District has completed an inspection of all buildings under the school district authority, and prepared a Management Plan for all asbestos
containing materials and suspected asbestos process. All documentation is available for public inspection by appointment during normal business hours.
