Rehabilitation Counseling and Transition Services
The
goal of Transition and Career Development within Clovis
Municipal Schools is to prepare students for the challenges
they will face following graduation from high school
in the areas of, but not limited to employment and self-advocacy.
Because of the varying levels of assistance required
for students who qualify for special education services,
it is our responsibility to ensure that any and all
agencies needed to assist our graduating seniors, are
in place and have been made a part of every student’s
Transition Planning Team upon each student’s exit from
Clovis High School.
We commit to assisting
parents and students as they work through the sometimes
confusing maze associated with local, state and federal
agencies. |
