This month, Clovis Community College hosted The Clovis Hires: Young Adults (16-24) Career Fair & Hiring Event. The event included 40+ employers/partners from across our region. A group of our 11th and 12th graders attended this event. The students were able to speak directly with employers, fill out job applications, learn about local career opportunities, and ask about skills/training needed for the career areas of their choice. Students explored summer internship programs available through CMS and the City of Clovis. Several of our students even had on the spot job interviews!
