Clovis Student Selected as Land of Enchantment Youth Ambassador

Clovis Municipal Schools is proud to announce that Madalynn Casey, a student at Early College High School, has been selected as a Land of Enchantment Youth Ambassador, representing her region in a statewide leadership and service initiative.

The Land of Enchantment Youth Ambassador program empowers young leaders to take an active role in their communities by organizing local projects and collaborating on a statewide leadership and engagement initiative. Ambassadors serve as role models dedicated to educating and inspiring their peers and neighbors to keep New Mexico beautiful and litter-free.

Throughout the school year, Ambassadors will:

  • Organize and lead community service projects.

  • Collaborate with peers from across the state on a unified statewide project.

  • Receive training in project management, community leadership, and civic engagement.

  • Partner with a local beautification organization for mentorship and support.

As part of the program, Ambassadors who successfully complete their projects will receive a $3,000 participation stipend in recognition of their service and commitment.

Only two youth representatives are chosen from each of New Mexico’s six regional areas, making Madalynn’s selection a significant honor.

Clovis Municipal Schools congratulates Madalynn on this achievement and looks forward to supporting her as she represents her peers and community in the year ahead.
