Adjusted Schedule for Free Sports Physical Clinic on April 25, 2026

Clovis Municipal Schools students in need of a sports physical for the 26/27 school year are invited to attend a free clinic on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at The Rock Gym at Clovis High School (1900 N. Thornton St).

To prevent long lines and bottlenecks, we are strictly enforcing a staggered arrival schedule based on your student’s sport. Please do not drop your student off at 9:00 AM if their sport is scheduled for a later time.

IMPORTANT: Due to a change in provider availability, the schedule been adjusted slightly.

Please arrive during your designated window:

ADJUSTED SCHEDULE

  • 9-10 AM: Fall Sports (Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Cheerleading, Cross Country)

  • 10 - 11 AM: Winter Sports (Basketball, Wrestling, Dance, Swimming)

  • 11 AM - 12 PM: Spring Sports (Tennis, Track, Baseball, Softball, Powerlifting, Golf)

  • 12:00 PM: Clinic Closed for Lunch

  • 1 - 2 PM: Fine Arts (Band, ROTC, Color Guard)

  • 2 - 5 PM: Overflow (May end earlier upon completion)

Note: If your student plays multiple sports, please have them attend the time slot for the sport that occurs earliest in the school year.

All student-athletes must have a physical form fully completed and signed by their parent or guardian prior to arrival. NO SIGNATURE = NO ENTRY. We cannot make exceptions to this medical/legal requirement.

Please double-check your student’s paperwork the night before to ensure all parent/guardian signatures are complete!

Drop-off and Pick-up Logistics

We are operating a "One-Way Street" layout to keep the clinic moving safely and quickly.

  • Entry: All students must enter through the Main Double Doors of the gym.

  • Exit: Students will exit through the Side/Back Doors of the gym once they are cleared. Please plan to pick up your student near the exit doors.
