FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Clovis, New Mexico — Clovis Municipal Schools will transition to a new employee management and applicant tracking system on July 1, 2026, as part of ongoing efforts to improve hiring and employee services.
Beginning July 1, all employment opportunities with Clovis Municipal Schools will be managed through Tyler Technologies' employee management platform. As part of this transition, applications and applicant accounts currently housed in Skyward will not transfer to the new system.
Individuals who previously submitted applications through Skyward and remain interested in employment opportunities with Clovis Municipal Schools for the 2026-2027 school year will need to create a new account and submit a new application through the Tyler system after July 1.
"We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our applicants and future employees," said Mandy Carpenter, Executive Director of Talent Management & Development. "While applicants will need to create a new account in the Tyler system, the new platform will provide a more streamlined experience moving forward."
Current job openings will be available through the new platform beginning July 1.
Applicants are encouraged to review available positions and submit new applications as soon as the Tyler system becomes available. Individuals who have applied through Skyward should be aware that their previous application will not remain active after the transition.
Additional information, including instructions for accessing the new employment portal, will be available on the district website at www.clovis-schools.org/careers.
Clovis Municipal Schools currently has openings in a variety of certified and support positions. Individuals interested in joining the district are encouraged to visit the employment page regularly for the most current opportunities.
For questions regarding the transition, applicants may contact the Clovis Municipal Schools Employee Services Department at (575) 769-4322.
