Clovis Municipal Schools is launching CMS Community Connection, an online hub that makes it easier for families, staff, and community members to connect with our district.
Whether you have a question and aren't sure who to ask, want to recognize someone making a difference, have good news to share, or are looking for ways to get involved, the Hub brings these options together in one place.
Through CMS Community Connection, you can:
Ask a question or share a concern: Get help finding the right school, administrator, or department for follow-up.
Recognize a Wildcat: Recognize a CMS student or employee who has made a positive impact.
Share good news: Tell us about an accomplishment, event, classroom activity, or other positive story.
Connect with our schools: Find information about volunteering, donations, submitting community flyers, and requesting facility use.
The page also provides public records request and Title IX contact information.
For school-specific questions, families should contact their child's teacher or principal first. CMS Community Connection is a helpful starting point when you aren't sure who to contact.
After submitting a question, concern, recognition, or good news form, you will receive an automated confirmation. Submissions are reviewed and directed to the appropriate school, administrator, or department for follow-up. Response times vary depending on the nature and complexity of the matter.
Visit CMS Community Connection to explore the options and get started.
Note: These forms are not for emergencies. For an immediate safety concern, call 911 or local law enforcement.
