Clovis High School staff will be on-hand next week to help students prepare for the first day of school on Thursday, August 10 – Check out these important dates and details to help get the year off to a great start!
- Sophomore Orientation – Wednesday, August 9 from 8:20 am-12:15 pm in the CHS Lecture Hall. Spend the morning with CHS Students and staff and get important information for the upcoming school year, a school tour and learn the CHS Fight Song!
- Breakfast and lunch served free
- Transportation not provided
- All students must enter through the front of the school.
- Parents and guardians will not be permitted to enter the Purdue Parking Lot.
- Seniors –
- Cap and Gown orders – August 8 from 9 a.m. - Noon and 1-3 p.m. in the CHS cafeteria
- Place your cap and gown orders along with any other Class of 2024 memorabilia.
- Cap and Gown orders – August 8 from 9 a.m. - Noon and 1-3 p.m. in the CHS cafeteria
- Senior Yearbook photos will be taken Tuesday and Wednesday, August 8 & 9 from 9 - 11:45 a.m. and 1 – 2 p.m. in the Cafeteria. This will be the only opportunity for scheduled pictures for Seniors.
- Retakes will be available at a later date. Make sure to stop by and get your yearbook picture made.
All Students:
- Schedules are available in Skyward starting yesterday for those students who have completed Returning Student Verification.

- Schedule change requests will be made via school email to your guidance counselor beginning August 2. If you need to request a schedule change, email your guidance counselor and the request will be considered. If an in-person meeting is needed, the counselor will call you to schedule a meeting.

- Parking stickers will be available beginning August 8.
- Bring your current registration, current insurance, and your driver’s license to the Assistant Principal’s Office.
- All cars parked on campus must have a sticker by August 16.
- Cars without a parking sticker will not be permitted in the student parking lot between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Yearbooks will be on sale in F9 for $78. The price goes up throughout the year, so order early to save money!
