We are looking for volunteers who have completed the required CMS Volunteer process to assist during the week of State testing, April 14-17. If you are interested in certain days or just AM/PM, please reach out to Ms. Gammill at lori.gammill@clovis-schools.org.
As the weather warms up, we ask parents to ensure that students adhere to the dress code when coming to school. The dress code policy is available in our student handbook and on our CMS webpage.
Athletics: Please note that as April 1, 2025, Rank One will no longer allow parents and students to upload forms, and it will not go live again until June 1, for next year's forms. Students can get physicals and new forms for the next school year to be used for next school year. All forms and certificates must be dated April 1, 2025, or later if you have tryouts before June 1 (cheer and dance). Paper copies of forms can be used if a physical form for this year does not already exist.
Remember that all current forms, physicals, and certificates expire on the last day of school this year. New paper forms can be picked up in the high school athletic office.
Mark your calendars for some important dates. It is crucial that students are present for State Testing dates, so please refrain from checking them out on these days and scheduling appointments during this time:
April 14-17: State Testing
April 14-15: ELA/Math Testing for both grades
April 16th: 8th Science
April 17th: 8th Science AM ONLY
May 6 and 7th: EOY iMSSA
May 16th: Elective Finals
May 19th: Math and Science Finals
May 20th: ELA and History Finals
May 21st: Make-ups
May 22nd: Awards/Promotion Ceremony (more information coming closer to day)
May 23rd: Last Day of School
