We will begin State testing on Monday. The first test will start at 9:00 am, followed by the afternoon test at approximately 1:15 pm. Please note that students will not be allowed to enter the testing room once testing has commenced.
It is crucial that students are present for ALL State Testing this week. Therefore, please refrain from checking them out or scheduling appointments during this time.
On April 23, we will host a test reward House party. To participate, students must:
Be present for all tests
Bring a charged Chromebook for the morning test
Use scratch paper and spend at least 30 minutes on each test
Refrain from talking and only read a book once finished until testing concludes
Leave phones, smart watches, and other electronics at home; please review the attached letter regarding this policy. We will implement Yondr pouches in both grade levels starting next week.
As the weather warms up, we kindly ask parents to ensure that students adhere to the dress code when coming to school. The dress code policy is available in our student handbook and on our CMS webpage.
On April 25, from 12-4, we will offer physicals for all students needing them for the upcoming year. The cost is $10. Parents can call Clovis Family Healthcare at (575) 762-4455 to sign up.
