Dear 8th Grade Families,
We are looking forward to celebrating our 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony Thursday, May 22nd at 10:00 AM!
Please ensure your student arrives on time Thursday morning for school, as we will need time to organize and prepare them for the ceremony.
Here are a few important reminders to help the day go smoothly:
Doors Open at 9:30 AM – Guardians and family members may enter through the gym doors starting at 9:30 AM. Seating will be available in the bleachers on either side of the gym.
Parking – Parking will be available in both parking lots, near the football field, and in designated grass areas. For safety reasons, fire lanes must remain clear at all times.
Ceremony Etiquette – Please no noisemakers. If you bring flowers or gifts, we kindly ask that you wait until after the ceremony to give them to your student.
Student Checkout – If you would like to take your child home after the ceremony, you will need to sign them out in the front office with a valid ID.
