Dear 7th Grade Families,
We are excited to invite you to the 7th Grade Awards Ceremony Thursday at 2:00 PM in the main gym at Gattis.
If your child is receiving an award, a staff member has personally contacted you with an invitation to attend.
To help the day go smoothly, please review the following important reminders:
Doors Open at 1:45 PM – Guardians and family members may enter through the gym doors beginning at 1:45 PM. Seating will be available in the bleachers on either side of the gym.
Parking – You may park in either of the school parking lots, near the football field, or in designated grass areas. Please do not park in fire lanes, as they must remain clear for safety reasons.
Ceremony Etiquette – No noisemakers, please. If you bring flowers or gifts, we ask that you wait until after the ceremony to present them to your student.
Student Checkout – If you plan to take your child home following the ceremony, you must sign them out at the front office with a valid ID.
