We are wrapping up the first nine weeks of school! It’s hard to believe how quickly the year is moving. Report cards for the first nine weeks will be available on Thursday, October 16.
The first round of the Amazing Shake is approaching in just a few weeks. This is an exciting opportunity for our students to showcase their communication skills, confidence, and professionalism. To help your child strengthen their soft skills, here are a few things you can do at home:
Encourage your child to practice eye contact and a confident handshake when greeting others.
Have short “conversation practice” sessions at home—ask open-ended questions and coach them on clear, respectful responses.
Emphasize the importance of good manners, active listening, and positive body language in daily interactions.

Also, 2024–2025 state test scores were sent home through your child’s math teacher. You can also view these scores in the Parent Portal. Please see the attached instructions for assistance accessing the portal.
And one last reminder—don’t forget to donate candy for our upcoming House Event. Please send in donations by Friday. Your support helps make these events fun and memorable for all our students!
