We have a few important updates to share regarding our current fundraiser and our afternoon dismissal procedures to ensure things run smoothly and safely for everyone.
Teddy Gram Fundraiser Clarification
We have had some questions regarding our Teddy Gram sales and want to clear up some confusion. This is currently an internal fundraiser intended for our students to participate in during school hours. At this time, purchases can only be made by students during breakfast.
We appreciate the enthusiasm from our families! We will definitely keep this in mind for next year to see how we can extend this opportunity to parents and guardians. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our students' efforts!
Parent Pick-Up Safety & Procedures
Our top priority is to keep students safe during parent pick-up at the end of the day. To make this process as smooth and efficient as possible, please follow these reminders:
Visitor Parking Lot: This area is for parking only. If you choose to use this lot, please pull into a designated parking space so that we can safely escort students across the lane to your vehicle. Please do not stop in the driving lane of this lot.
Drive-Through Loop: Located in the main parking lot. To keep the line moving, please avoid stopping at the curve to pick up students when there are cars behind you.
Pull Forward: Please pull as far forward as possible toward the exit before having your student enter the vehicle. This allows more cars to load simultaneously and prevents a bottleneck.
By following these guidelines, we can keep the line moving quickly and, most importantly, ensure every Cub gets home safely.
