As we step into a new week, I want to share some incredible news regarding our student progress. We recently reviewed our mid-year data, and I am thrilled to report that our students are not just improving—they are competing!
Celebrating Our Growth Across grades 3–8, our students increased an average of nearly 7 percentage points in "On Target" performance on recent assessments. Most notably, math grew by nearly 10 points district-wide. This momentum is a testament to the hard work our students put in every single day and the support they receive at home.
8th Grade High School Tour
Our 8th graders will be heading to tour CHSFA/CHS on March 5th. This is a fantastic opportunity for them to see their future campus and start envisioning their high school journey.
Action Item: Permission slips are due by March 3rd in order for your child to attend.
Where to find them: These were handed out through 8th-grade English teachers. Please reach out to your child's English teacher directly if they did not receive one.

A Note on the 3rd Nine Weeks
This is our last big push before the 3rd Nine Weeks finals. We encourage all students to check their grades in Skyward and reach out to teachers this week to ensure they are on track for a strong finish.
