Today, Tuesday, September 16th, all 7th and 8th grade students will participate in the BOY iMSSA (Beginning of Year) testing. Testing will take place throughout the school day.
The iMSSA (Interim Measures of Student Success and Achievement) are state-supported interim assessments in Reading, Language Usage, and Mathematics. These tests help measure your child’s progress toward grade-level proficiency and provide valuable information for classroom, school, and district-level decisions. They also serve as preparation for state testing later in the year.
Important reminders:
Students must bring their school-issued Chromebook fully charged. Personal devices may not be used for testing.
Please make sure your student arrives at school on time. If they are late they must go to the ISS room.
Please avoid checking your child out early, as it is important that all students complete their testing sessions, as it will score students where they stop during their test.
Students who participate in high school athletics will not have athletic buses available on this day. Parents/guardians must arrange transportation to high school practices or events after school.
We are also looking for parent/guardian volunteers who have already been cleared through Central Office to help with testing this year. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

MOY (Middle of Year) iMSSA: November 10th and 11th (AM Only)
EOY (End of Year) iMSSA: May 5th & 6th (AM Only)
State Testing: April 12th–16th
