Rest Up and Recharge for State Testing!

April is a crucial month as our students prepare for and participate in state-mandated testing. We want to emphasize the importance of getting adequate rest, eating nutritious meals, and maintaining a positive mindset during this time.
* For Students: Remember that you have been working hard all year! Trust in your knowledge and skills. Make sure you are getting enough sleep each night to stay focused and energized. Take short breaks while studying and try to stay calm and confident.
* For Parents: Your support plays a vital role in your child's success. Please encourage a consistent sleep schedule, provide healthy meals and snacks, and create a quiet and supportive environment for studying. Reassure them that their best effort is what matters most. Specific testing schedules will be communicated by individual schools, so please keep an eye out for those details.
