FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CLOVIS, NM - April 25, 2025 - Clovis Municipal Schools has officially released the 2025–2026 Parent-Student School Calendar, offering families and staff an early look at important dates and events for the upcoming academic year.
The school year will begin for students in grades 1–12 on Monday, August 11, 2025, with Pre-K and Kindergarten students starting on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The final day of school for students and staff is scheduled for Friday, May 22, 2026, with an early release for all students on that day.
Among the key dates included in the calendar:
Fall Break: October 10 & 13, 2025
Thanksgiving Break: November 24–28, 2025
Winter Break: December 22, 2025 – January 6, 2026
Spring Break: March 16–20, 2026
CHS Graduation: Friday, May 22, 2026
Other dates of note include Parent-Teacher Conferences on September 12, Report Cards and Progress Report windows, and district-recognized holidays such as Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Presidents’ Day.
