Lockwood Early Childhood Center Pumpkin Parade and Contest
Rules:
The pumpkin must be decorated as a non-scary characterTo be part of the contest you must sign in when you drop off your child's pumpkin.
The attached form must be presented with the pumpkin.
Pumpkins will not be judged without the form or book.
Parental or adult supervision is recommended for safety purposes as it pertains to the use of hot glue, etc.
All pumpkins should be delivered on a tray for easier transport and display, and brought to your child’s classroom table in the front of the school.
Pumpkins need to be at the school on Monday, October 26th.
Pick up your pumpkin by the end of your child’s session on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026.
Helpful Hints:
Be creative…decorate your pumpkin with acrylic paint, permanent markers, construction paper, yarn, pipe cleaners, glasses, hats, etc.
Hot glue seems to work best to secure decorations to pumpkins
