To comply with a new state law, Clovis Municipal Schools has updated its rules for phones, tablets, smartwatches, smart glasses, and headphones/earbuds:

  • K-8: Off and out of sight during the school day

  • 9-12: Off during class; allowed at lunch & before/after school

  • Staff: Use only for professional purposes during instruction

✅ Exceptions apply for emergencies, medical needs, and documented accommodations.

On August 4th, schedules will be available for students in grades 7-12 if returning student verification has been fully completed.
Elementary-aged students will receive their teacher assignments at open house.
All of our campuses are open during regular school hours if you need help completing the online enrollment or returning student registration forms.

The Office of the Special Education Ombud (OSEO) offers free, confidential support to help New Mexico families navigate the special education system. Services include advocacy, meeting support, and collaboration to reduce barriers for students. OSEO also hosts monthly virtual office hours every first Thursday from 4:00–5:00 p.m., August 2025 through June 2026, where families can ask questions and get guidance. 📢 Camp Wildcat Parking Update Heads up, Camp Wildcat families! Due to roofing work at Yucca Middle School, the East parking lot will be closed beginning Monday, June 9, 2025. 🚗 Please use the West parking lot by the gym for all drop-offs and pick-ups.
