March is Music In Our Schools Month!

March is Music In Our Schools Month and now is the time for our district-wide MIOSM Poster Contest!

This year’s theme is “United Through Music.”
 
Winners of the contest will be notified and invited to the MIOSM “Grand Concert” on Thursday, February 20th, where we will make the trophy presentations. 

Please make sure all projects follow all the rules listed below.

Rules for the MIOSM poster contest:                                         

  1. The 2025 Theme: “United Through Music”

  2. Must be on 22” x 28” white poster board.

  3. Must be an individual student project.  (No parent, team, or class posters).

  4. Posters should be drawn but may include additional items.

    1. For example, raised items that are “Arts & Crafts” in nature or anything that gives the poster a “raised relief” look is acceptable.

  5. The poster MUST INCLUDE the theme: “United Through Music”

  6. Please print your first name, last name, grade, school, and classroom teacher on the BACK of your poster.

  7. Posters must be turned in to Mrs. Brown by Tuesday, February 4, 2025.

Trophies will be awarded for Honorable Mention (2), and 1st , 2nd , and 3rd place.
