🌟 Spotlight on 3rd Grade Scientists!🌟

Mrs. Tangalan’s class put their engineering skills to the test this week! Students collaboratively designed and built model houses with special features to withstand flooding. Using everyday materials like cups, sand, clay, tape, and toothpicks, they created innovative structures and then tested their designs by adding water. 💧

Afterward, students reflected on their results, shared their solutions, and brainstormed ways to improve their designs. What a great way to practice teamwork, problem-solving, and real-world science skills!

We are so proud of our 3rd grade scientists for their creativity and hard work. 💜

Take a look at some photos from this hands-on experiment!
