Clovis Municipal Schools is committed to building a future that reflects the needs and aspirations of its students. In January 2025, the district launched the development of a new five-year Strategic Plan, with the process set for completion in June 2025.

Guided by a commitment to inclusivity and excellence, Clovis Municipal Schools values the voices of all community members. The district is dedicated to fostering an environment where students, staff, and families can belong, grow, and succeed.

To ensure the plan is shaped by those it serves, the district has partnered with Insight Education Group to gather extensive feedback from students, parents/guardians, educators, and community members. This input is being collected through surveys, focus groups, and a strategic planning committee that brings together diverse perspectives.

Through this collaborative effort, Clovis Municipal Schools will establish clear priorities and a strong, future-focused direction for the next five years—ensuring that every decision supports student success and community growth.
