We’re proud to showcase the outstanding creativity of students from Clovis High School, CHS Freshman Academy, Clovis Early College High School, and iAcademy at this year’s exhibition. 📌 Students must submit entries to their school’s art teacher by Tuesday, April 11. Each student may submit up to two original works—2-D, 3-D, digital, or mixed media. Work must be ready to display. All district offices will be closed for Spring Break. Advanced meals for Spring Break will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, March 12. The Legends Tournament is happening in Clovis, NM, on April 26-27. Divisions: 7th-8th Boys 9th Boys JV Boys Varsity Boys $250 per team with a three-game guarantee. All area teams are invited to join. Alumni will be celebrated with a breakfast on April 26 at 8 a.m., followed by a three-point contest, skills contest, and a draft-style alumni game. Alumni should register individually using the QR code in the flyer.

Clovis Municipal Schools is offering free, pre-packaged meals for all enrolled students to ensure they have nutritious options during spring break! 📅 Date: March 12, 2025 ⏰ Time: 8:30–10:30 AM 📍 Pick-Up Locations: The Arts Academy at Bella Vista, Clovis Freshman Academy, Clovis High School, Lockwood, Yucca, Zia Meals are available while supplies last, so be sure to stop by early! Friday, March 14, 2025 will be a Data Day. A previous version of the calendar listed this day as a Parent-Teacher Conference Day. There will be no school for students on this day; however, teachers and staff will be working and administrative offices will remain open. While there are no scheduled parent-teacher conferences on March 14, parents who wish to meet with their child's teacher are encouraged to reach out directly to schedule a conference at a mutually convenient time. Lockwood Early Childhood Center will be holding parent-teacher conferences for their 3Y and 4Y classes on March 14th. Dear Students and Families, As we move into February, a month often associated with hearts and warmth, we're excited to continue fostering a strong sense of community and a love of learning here at iAcademy. This month brings various opportunities for students to engage, explore, and grow, both academically and personally. A Look Ahead: * Academic Focus: Our teachers work hard to provide engaging and enriching learning experiences across all subjects. Please continue to support your child's academic progress by talking with students about their day, checking homework, discussing school projects, and encouraging reading. 7th-10th grade parents ask your students about Read Bowl. * Character Development: We always have a focus on "respect," "responsibility," & "kindness"]. We encourage you to discuss these trait with your child and look for opportunities to practice it at home and in the community.

Important Announcement: Clovis Municipal Schools will be releasing students early today due to worsening weather conditions. Friday, January 10, 2025 will be a remote learning day. All staff, including maintenance and custodial, will be remote for Friday. Students are expected to log in to Google Classroom at 9 AM to get the schedule for the day. In partnership with the City of Clovis, and to allow them time to continue to clear major roadways, Clovis Municipal Schools will be releasing students at the following times: Preschool/Elementary: 1:30 PM Middle School: 2:00 PM Secondary: 2:30 PM - Secondary student drivers are being released immediately. We understand that unexpected changes can be frustrating, and we appreciate your trust and flexibility as we navigate New Mexico’s unpredictable weather.
