Clovis High School senior Rebekah Warren is one of 23 New Mexico high school seniors to be named a Daniels Scholar, securing her up to $100,000 in college funding toward an undergraduate degree.
An Early College High School student, Rebekah is on track to graduate from Clovis Community College with an Associate of Applied Science Paralegal and an Associate of General Studies and is expected to graduate with honors from both CCC and CHS.
Rebekah plans to attend Texas Tech University in the fall.
A charitable program established by cable TV pioneer Bill Daniels, when he passed away in March of 2000, Daniels estate transferred to the Daniels Fund, making it one of the largest foundations in the Rocky Mountain region. Among other esteemed qualities, Daniels Scholars are recognized for strength of character, a commitment to ethics and outstanding performance.
