The Teacher of the Year demonstrates excellence in teaching, positively impacts student learning, and shows dedication to the school community. They model professionalism, innovation, and leadership, inspiring both students and colleagues.
The School Staff Member of the Year goes above and beyond their role to support students, staff, and the school community. They demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and effective learning environment.
The New and Emerging Teacher Award recognizes an early-career educator (with 5 years or less of experience) who demonstrates strong potential, passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success. They show rapid professional growth, enthusiasm for learning, and a positive impact on their classroom and school community.
The Substitute Teacher of the Year demonstrates exceptional flexibility, professionalism, and reliability in supporting students and staff. They create positive learning environments, adapt quickly to different classrooms, and contribute meaningfully to the school community.
