Just before Thanksgiving break, Zia Elementary students embraced the magic of theater as they joined forces with the Missoula Children’s Theater to produce The Wizard of Oz. From auditions to rehearsals, students worked tirelessly every day to learn lines, master choreography, and step into the shoes of beloved characters like Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Cowardly Lion, and more!
Their hard work and dedication culminated in a heartwarming performance that left the audience cheering. The experience not only brought out their creativity and confidence but also highlighted the power of teamwork and perseverance.
We are so proud of our talented students for bringing this classic story to life and making it uniquely their own. Special thanks to the Missoula Children's Theater team for guiding our young stars and inspiring a love for the arts.
