Clovis High School Freshman Academy

Over 100 students from CHSFA got to experience a "Reality Check Day" today at school. United Way and community volunteers gathered at our campus to put on an all day activity where our students were given a simulation of taking on an adult-like financial experience. They were given fake jobs and families to learn what it takes to budget each month. This experience also notified students of the services in our community that are here to help families. United Way will be coming back to CHSFA three more times this spring so that all of our freshmen are able to participate in this event.
