CHSFA Food Grant

The Clovis High School Freshman Academy is proud to announce that it has been awarded a grant to cover the cost of Food Handlers Certifications for students enrolled in the Food and Nutrition program. This grant will ensure that approximately 170-180 students annually have the opportunity to gain critical food safety knowledge, preparing them for part-time jobs in the food industry and meeting the requirements for advanced culinary courses like ProStart I and II at the High School. By eliminating financial barriers, this initiative supports workforce readiness and enhances student success in the culinary field.
