District Invites Community Input as part of Strategic Plan Development

CLOVIS, N.M.— Clovis Municipal Schools has launched the development of a new five-year Strategic Plan, a comprehensive initiative aimed at shaping the district’s future in alignment with the needs and aspirations of students, families, and the broader community. The process began in January 2025 and is set for completion in June 2026.

Committed to fostering an environment where students, staff, and families can belong, grow, and succeed, Clovis Municipal Schools is prioritizing community collaboration in this planning process. In partnership with Insight Education Group, the district is gathering input from key stakeholders—including students, parents/guardians, educators, and community members—through surveys, focus groups, and a strategic planning committee.

The insights gathered through this initiative will play a vital role in shaping the district’s direction, ensuring that its goals, programs, and resources align with the evolving needs of students and families.

Clovis Municipal Schools invites all members of the community to participate and share their perspectives through the Strategic Plan Survey.

The survey will be available through March 21, 2025 and is open to all students, parents/guardians, staff, and community members. The data from these surveys will be used to help inform the priorities set by the district as part of the five-year strategic plan.

The survey is quick and should take around five minutes to complete.
