FCCLA

This past weekend, two of our Clovis High Freshman Academy students represented our school at the FCCLA State Competition, both earning silver medals for their projects.

FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) is a national student organization that focuses on leadership development, career preparation, and personal growth through family and consumer sciences education. It provides students with opportunities to compete, serve their communities, and develop essential life skills.

Ximena Romero competed in the Thematic Promotions category, a state-level event, and placed 1st in her level, earning a silver medal. Charlie Shelly showcased her skills in the Food Innovations category, also earning a silver medal for her hard work and creativity.

We are incredibly proud of both students for their dedication and achievement at this prestigious event. Thanks to all who helped them accomplish this task and congratulations, Ximena and Charlie!
