At approximately 1 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024, Yucca Middle School was placed in Secure and Teach to allow for an investigation concerning comments made by a student.
Law enforcement has responded and is investigating in coordination with school administrators.
During a Secure and Teach, all exterior entrances are secured, movement is limited within the building, and instruction continues as scheduled.
