Returning Student Registration Update

We've received several questions about returning student registration, and we want to reassure our families that your student's enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is secure.

As part of our transition from Skyward to Synergy, all existing student records were successfully imported into the new system. That means we already have your student's information and their school assignment for the upcoming school year.

Who should complete New Student Registration?
✅ Students enrolling in Clovis Municipal Schools for the very first time
✅ All Pre-K students who have never been entered into the district's student information system.
✅ Kindergarten students who have never been entered into the district's student information system

New Student Registration can be completed through this link: https://nm-clovis-psv.edupoint.com/PXP2_OEN_Login.aspx

If you need assistance accessing your ParentVUE account, please contact academic.services@clovis-schools.org. Be aware that due to a high volume of emails, you may not receive an immediate response.

Important for Kindergarten Families:
If you completed your kindergarten registration in Skyward before we transitioned to Synergy, you do not need to complete the New Student Registration form. Your student's information has already been transferred into Synergy.

What about returning students?
Returning Student Registration (verification) will open soon. This process allows families to review and update contact information, emergency contacts, health information, and other important details before the school year begins.

Although verification has not yet opened, your student is already in our system and assigned for the upcoming school year. We appreciate your patience as we complete the final steps to make Returning Student Registration available.

We'll share another update as soon as verification opens.

Chill Factory Math Night! Success!

4 months ago, Marshall 6th Grade Academy
Chill Factor Math Night: A Total "Cool" Success! What a night! We want to send a huge thank you to all the families who joined us for our Chill Factor Math Night. It was incredible to see our community coming together to tackle challenges and have some frosty fun. Families worked side-by-side to solve math problems, proving that teamwork makes the dream work (and makes the math easier!). Everyone stayed cool with delicious snow cones from Bahama Bucks while crunching the numbers. Every solved problem earned students snowballs, leading up to our epic "Ultimate Snowball Fight" to end the night! With the weather warming up, there was truly no better way to beat the heat than cooling off with some "snow" and great company. Check out some of our favorite moments from the night below!
