We're writing to share that Clovis Municipal School District is partnering with SchoolPulse, a proven, nation-wide resource to support student success, well-being, and a positive school experience.
Beginning soon, students and parents/guardians will receive a brief, weekly email from SchoolPulse. These messages are designed to encourage academic success, healthy habits, positive decision-making, and motivation, by providing practical tips and resources that support students both in and out of school.
The goal of SchoolPulse is simple: to help students feel supported, build confidence, and stay on track academically and personally. Many families find the emails helpful as conversation starters at home and as reminders that support is always available. Students and parents who engage with SchoolPulse also receive live, two-way support from a caring team of professionals, providing an additional layer of encouragement and guidance when needed.
No action is required. We encourage you to review the messages as they arrive and use what feels most helpful for your student and family.

At our school, technology plays a vital role in enhancing classroom learning, and every student is fortunate to have access to a school-issued Chromebook. However, with this privilege comes the responsibility of practicing digital safety and appropriate usage.
We want to gently remind families that our school-issued devices are strictly intended for educational purposes. Our technology department utilizes real-time monitoring software that notifies administration when inappropriate searches, unapproved site visits, or off-task behaviors occur on a student's Chromebook. Administrators and teachers have visibility into activity on these devices, whether they are connected to school Wi-Fi or used at home.
To ensure our students remain focused on learning and safe online, we have implemented a clear Chromebook usage policy:
First Offense: The student receives an official warning, and a contact home is made to discuss the behavior with parents.
Second Offense: The student loses Chromebook privileges, requiring alternative instructional materials.
How You Can Help at Home: We ask for your partnership in reinforcing responsible technology habits when your child brings their Chromebook home. You can help by:
Setting Boundaries: Establish common areas for device usage (avoiding bedroom use behind closed doors or late at night).
Checking Activity: Ask your child to show you their recent tabs, browser history, or school assignments.
Conversations Around Digital Citizenship: Talk openly about responsible online behavior and the permanent nature of digital activity.
Thank you for your ongoing support as we work together to keep our students focused, safe, and successful!

The exams will take place 9/8 - 9/9 and the cleaning will take place 9/9 -9/11.
Applications will be due by August 28th. Please have your student return them to their teacher, the nurse, or the front office.
Thank you!

We're excited to welcome our students back this week for a legendary new school year!
Important Reminder: Students who do not attend school during the first three days may be withdrawn from enrollment.
If your child will be absent, please notify your child's school office as soon as possible. Letting your school know ensures we understand your student is still planning to attend Clovis Municipal Schools this year.
We can't wait to see our Wildcats back in the classroom!

Returning Student Registration Update
We've received several questions about returning student registration, and we want to reassure our families that your student's enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is secure.
As part of our transition from Skyward to Synergy, all existing student records were successfully imported into the new system. That means we already have your student's information and their school assignment for the upcoming school year.
Who should complete New Student Registration?
✅ Students enrolling in Clovis Municipal Schools for the very first time
✅ All Pre-K students who have never been entered into the district's student information system.
✅ Kindergarten students who have never been entered into the district's student information system
New Student Registration can be completed through this link: https://nm-clovis-psv.edupoint.com/PXP2_OEN_Login.aspx
If you need assistance accessing your ParentVUE account, please contact academic.services@clovis-schools.org. Be aware that due to a high volume of emails, you may not receive an immediate response.
Important for Kindergarten Families:
If you completed your kindergarten registration in Skyward before we transitioned to Synergy, you do not need to complete the New Student Registration form. Your student's information has already been transferred into Synergy.
What about returning students?
Returning Student Registration (verification) will open soon. This process allows families to review and update contact information, emergency contacts, health information, and other important details before the school year begins.
Although verification has not yet opened, your student is already in our system and assigned for the upcoming school year. We appreciate your patience as we complete the final steps to make Returning Student Registration available.
We'll share another update as soon as verification opens.
