Volunteers Needed
You are invited to join us for an upcoming volunteer training session. All volunteers are required to attend training before volunteering at a school campus or event. Sessions last around 45 minutes, and you only have to attend one session.

New Wireless Device Guidelines for 2025ā€“2026

To comply with a new state law, Clovis Municipal Schools has updated its rules for phones, tablets, smartwatches, smart glasses, and headphones/earbuds:

  • K-8: Off and out of sight during the school day

  • 9-12: Off during class; allowed at lunch & before/after school

  • Staff: Use only for professional purposes during instruction

āœ… Exceptions apply for emergencies, medical needs, and documented accommodations.

Services include advocacy, meeting support, and collaboration to reduce barriers for students. OSEO also hosts monthly virtual office hours every first Thursday from 4:00ā€“5:00 p.m., August 2025 through June 2026, where families can ask questions and get guidance.
