Grounding is a powerful self-soothing technique that helps people stay centered and focused on the present. One effective way to practice grounding is through art therapy, where individuals can express themselves non-verbally while immersing in the moment. At Zia, our students have been working hard to explore their creativity through this grounding exercise, allowing them to experience calm, focus, and emotional expression in a unique and healthy way. Check out the amazing artwork they’ve created! 🖌️✨ #ArtTherapy #Grounding #StudentWellness #ZiaKids #CreativityUnleashed

Our 2nd graders created this amazing mural to represent our slogan "Four Houses, One Family"! Each house—Rêveur (blue), Amistad (red), Altruismo (black), and Isibindi (green)—used character trait words to celebrate unity and teamwork. Together, we grow stronger and show that no matter our colors, we’re always one family! 🌟 #FourHousesOneFamily #CharacterCounts #HouseSpirit
