Clovis Municipal Schools is proud to celebrate the Class of 2025 at this year’s graduation ceremony, which will take place on Friday, May 23, at 6:00 PM at the Citizen's Bank of Clovis Curry County Events Center.
TICKET INFORMATION
All guests attending the ceremony will need a ticket for entry.
Tickets will only be issued to graduates to distribute to their guests.
Tickets are required for all individuals, regardless of age.
HONORING THE OCCASION
Graduation is a significant milestone. To preserve the dignity of this event and ensure a respectful experience for all families, please note the following guidelines:
NOT ALLOWED:
Noisemakers (e.g., air horns, cowbells, whistles)
Signs, banners, or posters
Balloons, beach balls, confetti, or similar items
Deliveries of gifts to graduates will not be accepted at the venue.
DOORS & TRAFFIC
Doors open to guests at 4:00 PM.
Anticipate traffic delays near the venue, especially due to nearby railroad crossings. Use the railroad overpasses to avoid delays caused by trains.
SECURITY & ENTRY PROCEDURES
To ensure the safety of all attendees, enhanced security measures will be in place:
Pass-through security detectors will screen all guests. These systems detect more than metal and will alert on items resembling weapons.
Tickets will be collected at the security checkpoint to streamline entry.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
Only the following bags will be permitted:
Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12"
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (e.g., Ziploc)
Small clutch bags are discouraged as items with metal hardware may trigger security alerts and result in a search
Please limit personal belongings to avoid delays at entry.
LIVESTREAM
For those unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be livestreamed on the Clovis Municipal Schools - District Offices Facebook page and YouTube Channel.
