Tryouts for JV & Varsity Teams will be held from 4-5:30 pm, November 6, 7 & 8 in the Lego Gym at Clovis High School.  •	13 Boys Weight Classes  •	12 Girls Weight Classes  •	Students in 8th thru 12th grade  •	This sport will make you a better athlete  •	No Wrestling Experience Needed  •	Wrestling Shoes not needed to tryout  Join the ELITE sport of wrestling!! Explosive ground game, superior offensive & defensive moves. Extreme Cardio/ Strength Training all while chasing after a First Ever High School State Championship. STUDENT EXPECTATIONS Students need to sign up for the event. Bring 3 copies of their resume or their promotional resume. Be able to answer the following questions for their areas of interest: How would you describe yourself? What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do you feel you learn best? How do you see yourself creating an impact? What do you find interesting or attractive about this field?  INTERVIEWER EXPECTATIONS  An interviewer will offer feedback on the presentation of information. Collecting the student's resume as the interview concludes. Early College High School (ECHS) sophomores and juniors went "Back to the Basics" on Friday, October 13.   Students learned to sew on a button, change a tire, basic first aid skills, and how to have a successful job interview.   The ECHS program gives Clovis High School students the opportunity to attend school on the campus of Clovis Community College (CCC) so they can earn college credits while completing the requirements for graduation from high school.   ECHS would like to thank Paul Blair, CCC Automotive Instructor; Karen Burns, CCC EMS Instructor; Nancy Walker, Community Member; and Brandon Boerio, Clovis Municipal Schools Director of Educator Quality, for volunteering their time. 2023-2024 WILDCAT BASKETBALL RESERVE SEAT TICKET SALES  Reserved seat tickets for the 2023-24 basketball season will go on sale to past season ticket holders on Monday, October 16.  Past season ticket holders will have until Friday, November 3 to purchase their same seats.    Starting November 6, the remaining seats will go on sale to the public.    If you are a past season ticket holder and you will not be purchasing your seats for the 2023-24 season, please contact the Clovis High School Athletic Office prior to the November 3 deadline.  Reserved seats may be purchased online at GoFan.co and picked up between 8- 11:45 a.m. & 1- 4 p.m., at the Clovis High School Athletic Office, 1900 Thornton Street.    Cost for reserved seats is: $135.00 + processing fee per seat; or $110.00 + processing fee per seat with military ID card for active duty or retired service or Senior Citizen’s 65+. No cash sales, credit/debit card, or Google/Apple Pay only. Reserved seat tickets and passes cannot be used for District Tournaments or State Playoff games.  The Varsity Girls will play their first home game Tuesday, December 8 vs Valencia High School; Varsity Boys on December 2 vs Rio Rancho.
