COMMUNITY MEETING SET TO REVIEW FACILITIES MASTER PLAN AND PROPOSALS

A Community Meeting will be held by Clovis Municipal Schools at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in the Marshall Auditorium, to review the 2024-2029 Facilities Master Plan and related proposals being considered by the Board of Education.

The meeting will include a presentation of recommendations stemming from the 2024-2029 Master Facilities Plan, which were presented to the Board of Education at its March Regular Meeting, and which will be considered at its Regular Meeting on April 23, 2024.

This meeting is being held for the community in an effort to encourage public participation and to provide information about the Facilities Master Plan process. While members of the Board of Education may attend, a quorum of the board will not be present and no action will be taken.

Opportunity for questions and public comment will be announced during the meeting.
